Mr. Kevin K.C. Chan, CFA
Mr. Kevin K.C. Chan, CFA, is an investment professional with more than 20 years' experience. He has worked for various financial institutions in Canada and in Hong Kong in the areas of investment management and corporate finance. Mr. Chan now works for a family office in Hong Kong responsible for making private equity investments. Mr. Chan is a director of the University of Toronto (Hong Kong) Foundation since its inception. Mr. Chan had been a director of the Hong Kong Society of Financial Analysts since its inception and was the President of The Hong Kong Society of Financial Analysts Limited from 2000 to 2002. He also served the Advisory Committee on Human Resources Development in the Financial Services Sector in Hong Kong formed by the Hong Kong SAR government from 2000 to 2002 as well as the Global Council of the CFA Institute from 1999 to 2004.
Dr. Terence H.W. Chan, CFA
Dr. Terence Chan has almost 30 years of real estate investment & finance, listed company merger & acquisition experience in the regional capital market. He has closed deals in the area of private & public equity investment, corporate restructuring & asset injection, distress debt investment, bond issuance and IPO spin-off exercises on behalf of multi-national/state-owned/domestic family corporations such as Grosvenor Asia Pacific, Tianjin Development Holdings and Nan Fung Group in his career. Terence currently runs a family office - Asia Impact Investment Corporation “AIIC” which is sponsored by high-net-worth individuals to invest in sustainable real estate projects in China & North America as well as private equity focus on the segment of construction & property and financial service, particular in the area of digitization, green & smart solution in the region. He also practices as adjunct associate professor in the department of Real Estate & Construction in the University of Hong Kong in the area of cross border securitization, technology application and sustainable development & ESG investment.

Terence is a CFA Charterholder, a FCPA(Aust) and holds fellowship of Royal Institute of Charted Surveyors (FRICS) as well as Certificate in Finance & Technology (CFT). He also holds a Doctor Degree of Philosophy in Economics from The Xiamen University, a Master Degree in Real Estate and a Bachelor Degree of Mechanical Engineering from The University of Hong Kong. Terence deeply devoted to industry & social service engagement including assumes as Founding Vice President of Hong Kong Independent Non-Executive Director Association (HKINEDA) since 2016, has been appointed as a member of REIT Committee of Securities & Financial Commission (SFC) since 2017 and a member of Hong Kong Baptist University Council & Foundation since 2016 and recently appointed as member of Mainland Opportunity Committee of Financial Service Development Council (FSDC). In January 2018, Terence was also appointed as a member of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference Shanghai Committee.
Dr. Jimmy W.K. Jim, CFA
Joining in 2014, Dr. Jimmy Jim, CFA, is currently the Head of Global Markets Department of ICBC (Asia), leading a team of over 100 professionals. Jimmy has over 29 years of experience in banking and financial industry and was appointed senior positions with many leading international banks. He has worked across Hong Kong, Tokyo and Australia with extensive experience in trading and sales of precious metals, financial and debt capital market products, ALM and portfolio management.

Jimmy is a CFA charterholder and a CPA (Aust). He holds a Doctor Degree of Business Administration from Hong Kong Polytechnic University, a Master Degree of Applied Finance Degree from the Macquarie University and a Bachelor Degree of Business Administration from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He was the President of The Hong Kong Society of Financial Analysts from 2010 to 2013.
Mr. George W. Long, CFA
Mr. George Long, CFA, is the Founder, Chairman and Chief Investment Officer of LIM Advisors Limited. Before he established LIM in 1995, George set up and ran the Asian division of what became Barclays Global Investors (BGI). While at Barclays, George served on the Executive Committee for Barclays Group Asia and the Global Investment Committee in London. Prior to joining Barclays, George was the Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer of Gartmore Asia, and before that head of Korean operations for Indosuez W.I. Carr Securities. He also worked in New York and Asia for Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company (now part of JP Morgan) as an international banking officer.

George is a former governor of The CFA Institute. He also established the Hong Kong Society of Financial Analysts in 1992 and was its president for 8 years. He also set up the Hong Kong/China Chapter of the Alternative Investment Management Association in 2002 and was its chairman for 5 years. He received the Thomas L. Hansberger Leadership in Global Investing Award for his contributions to the practice of global investment management. George holds an MBA in Finance and an MA in Asian Studies from the University of Washington in Seattle and is a CFA Charterholder.
Mr. Karl H.K. Lung, CFA
Mr. Karl Lung, CFA, has thirty years of experience in the investment industry. He had worked as Portfolio Manager with ABN AMRO Asset Management (Asia) Limited for nine years and is responsible for Hong Kong equity investments. Before joining ABN AMRO, Karl had been an investment analyst for seven years with brokerage houses that include W.I. Carr (Far East) Limited, Schroders Securities (Hong Kong) Limited, and Nomura Research International Company Limited, and also as an Investment Analyst with Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited. Currently, Mr. Lung works as an independent consultant on investment related issues.

Karl holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Commerce (Hon.) degree from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, and received the CFA Charter in 1992. He had been a member of the Advisory Committee on Human Resources Development in the Financial Services Sector of the Financial Services and the Treasury Bureau, as well as a member of the Public Shareholders Group, Takeovers and Mergers Panel and Takeovers Appeal Committee of the Securities and Futures Commission.
Mr. James A. Soutar, CFA
Mr. James Soutar, CFA, is the Director at PhoenixInvest Group (HK) Ltd. He was previously Executive Director of FrontPoint Management (HK) Limited and the portfolio manager of the FrontPoint Asia Pacific Fund. He was a co-founder of Phoenix Research Limited and a Managing Director of Lombard Odier (Asia) Limited. He has been appointed as a member of Hong Kong Exchanges’ Listing Committee since May 2007.He was the Chairman of the Advocacy Committee of The Hong Kong Society of Financial Analysts and served on its board from January 1998 to January 2009.

Mr Soutar is a graduate of Tufts University, Boston and a CFA charterholder.
Mr. Frederick S.C. Tsang, CFA
Mr. Frederick Tsang, CFA, is the Chief Risk Officer of China Everbright Limited, a China-backed financial institution listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange with businesses involving proprietary investment, asset management, and other financial service activities.

Prior to joining China Everbright in 2000, Frederick was Head of Equity Research for the Hong Kong branch of a number of international and regional brokerage firms, including Deutsche Morgan Grenfell, Nomura and Banque Nationale de Paris (BNP).

Frederick has over 30 years of experience in the Hong Kong financial industry with rich management experience in securities and asset investment. In November 2016, Frederick has also been appointed as a member of the Process Review Panel for the Securities and Futures Commission. He served as a member of the Advisory Committee of the Securities and Futures Commission between 2011 and 2017. Frederick also served the Securities and Futures Appeals Tribunal as a member from 2009 to 2015. Frederick was a board member of The Hong Kong Society of Financial Analysts from 2001 to 2017, and during which he was elected as President of the Society between 2013 and 2015. Frederick is a CFA charterholder, and holds a bachelor's degree in Economics with Finance and Accounting option from Wilfrid Laurier University and a master’s from University of Alberta.
